[origin: WO2007093655A1] The invention relates to a handle connector for a hand tool or utensil, in which the tool (2) is equipped with a hole (11, 11') in which the head of the handle (1) is inserted. For said purpose, the outer surface of the handle head matches that of the hole (11, 11') in which it is inserted. The invention also includes a fixing screw (7) with a built-in self-locking mechanism (4) that abuts against the tool (2) or a wedge (5), which is screwed indirectly to the head of the handle (1) using a third element (3) which is fixed such that it cannot rotate in relation thereto, said third element (3) and the head of the handle (1) being made of different materials. The invention is preferably intended for hand tools, such as hammers.

Assemblage de manche pour ustensile ou outil manuel, dans lequel l'outil (2) dispose d'un orifice (11), (1 1') où vient s'encastrer la tête du manche (1), qui, à cet effet, présente une surface extérieure conjuguée avec celle de l'orifice (11), (1 1') dans laquelle elle vient s'encastrer ; et comprenant une vis de fixation (7) avec un autobloquant (4) incorporé qui vient buter dans l'outil (2) lui-même ou sur une cale (5) et se visse indirectement à la tête du manche (1) au moyen d'un troisième élément (3), qui est fixé sans possibilité de rotation ; ce troisième élément (3) et la tête du manche (1) étant d'un matériau différent. Applicable de préférence à des outils manuels, tels que marteaux ou masses.
