A slide plate (8) is provided in the housing between a normal position and a reporting position displaced in a displacement direction (13). A support surface (23) is arranged on or at the control panels in such a manner that the positive locking is lifted by the actuation of the control panels between support surface and abutment surface (24), such that the slide plate is exchanged automatically from the normal position to the reporting position.
