[origin: EP1988612A2] The cooling device (1) has a voltage supply device with a converter (2) for converting a high volt-supply voltage into a low volt-operating voltage. A high volt connecting cable includes a high volt-connector plug and a low volt connecting cable includes a low volt connector plug. A multi-core combined electrical connecting cable (3) is provided alternatively both for high volt voltage supply and for low volt-voltage supply of the device. A lead serves alternatively as a low volt or high volt-lead. A two-pole combined high volt/low volt-connecting plug (4) is provided for the connecting cable.
