[origin: WO2007082961A2] Disclosed is a multilayer compound which is composed of a composite material and a metal layer or metal dispersion layer that is electrolessly applied thereto. The composite material contains 10 to 70 percent by volume of one or several inorganic materials and 30 to 90 percent by volume of one or several polymers or comprises a high temperature-resistant polymer while the surface of the composite material is plasma-modified in the presence of oxygen, and an electrolessly applied metal layer, metal alloy layer, metal dispersion layer, or metal alloy dispersion layer is deposited on the plasma-modified surface of the substrate. Also disclosed are a method for producing said multilayer compound as well as the use thereof.
