[Resolution Means] A heat generating unit is placed in a seat and/or back seat rest of a chair, and if an individual who uses the chair attaches a rechargeable battery to a power supply unit, power is supplied from the rechargeable battery, and the heat generating unit can be warmed up. The heat generating unit is structured by covering a heating element with a thermal conduction material, and the heat generating unit is attached to an existing chair or is originally incorporated into a seat or a back seat rest of a chair.
