The knitting method includes the step of forming a boundary wale at a boundary of a front and a back knitted fabric parts; wherein the boundary wale is formed by continuously forming stitches by twisting the stitches, and winding a knitting yarn different from the knitting yarn forming the twisted stitch on the twisted stitch.
