[origin: GB2435227A] A screen 10 for materials such as aggregates defines a plurality of apertures (12, fig. 3b) and is formed from a first, relatively soft layer 14 and a second, relatively hard layer 16. In a preferred embodiment the second, hard layer has larger apertures than the first, soft layer. In use the first, relatively soft layer forms the upper material contacting surface.
