[origin: EP1992540A2] The vehicle has a lower story and an upper storey arranged over the lower story. Single-storey areas are presented above pivoted bogies and lie lower than the upper story and higher than the lower story regarding the level. A vehicle door is arranged in one of the single-story areas, where the level of the single-storey area between 750 milli meter and 850 milli meter lies above a rail upper edge. The pivoted bogies are formed as three-axis, and pivoted bogies include centrically arranged air springs.
