Abstract (en)
[origin: DE102007022672B3] The method involves producing a condition image of an intelligent weapon (1), where resulting data of a function test of the weapon are stored in a data memory (10). Another condition image of the weapon is produced in a temporal distance to produce a previous condition image, where another resulting data of the test are determined and stored in the memory. The both resulting data are compared, and differences and trends in the individual resulting data are determined. A remaining duration and the maintenance requirement are determined based on results of comparison and determination.
