Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1832557A1] The sludge drainage device for disintegration of biomass containing digested sludge or sewage sludge, comprises high pressure reactor exhibiting a sludge inlet (2), a sludge outlet (3) exhibiting openings with adjustable opening cross-sections for the discharge of the treated sludge, and gas supply line for a gas standing under pressure. An impact device (5) formed from impact rings (4) is arranged in discharge direction behind the openings. Additional tearing edges are attached at the impact rings. Rotatable perforated plates are inserted into the sludge outlet. The sludge drainage device for disintegration of biomass containing digested sludge or sewage sludge, comprises high pressure reactor exhibiting a sludge inlet (2), a sludge outlet (3) exhibiting openings with adjustable opening cross-sections for the discharge of the treated sludge, and gas supply line for a gas standing under pressure. An impact device (5) formed from impact rings (4) is arranged in discharge direction behind the openings. Additional tearing edges are attached at the impact rings. Rotatable perforated plates, which are arranged against one above the other, are inserted into the sludge outlet, so that the adjustability of the opening cross-sections is possible. The impact device exhibits concentric sequentially arranged impact rings with different diameters, which increase in discharge direction.
