Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1994989A2] The cutter knife has a fixing section and a cutter blade (3) with a convex curved running cutter. An unloading edge (8) is provided on the side (7) of the cutter blade and is displaced by cutting cutable products. The unloading edge follows with their process at the cutter blade in the curved process of the cutter and lies outside of the cutting area of the cutter knife and is operated by an unloading recess (9) in the cutter blade. The cutter blade is attached to the cutter and runs parallel to the cutting plane (E) and is finely attached with the cutter knife. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a cutter head (2) a cutter.
