Method for applying sealing coatings to the front surfaces (12a) of laminated window stocks (10) comprises applying the coatings to the stocks using a spray gun (13) and suctioning off excess material so that the surfaces lying next to the front surfaces are not coated. An independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out the above method. Preferred Features: The excess coating is suctioned off during the application of the sealing coatings. Each coating is dried using a drying device (15) after it has been applied to the front surfaces.

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von wenigstens einer Versiegelungsbeschichtung auf die profilierten Endbereiche von Kanteln (10) von Fensterrahmen. Es soll ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung aufgezeigt werden, um ohne manuelle Arbeitsgänge vor der Endbehandlung bestimmte Flächen von profilierten Endbereichen von Kanteln (10) zu versiegeln. Erfindungsgemäß wird während des Aufbringens des Beschichtungsmaterials das überschüssige Material abgesaugt. Die auf bestimmte Flächen aufgesprühte Beschichtung wird mittels einer Trockeneinrichtung getrocknet. Die nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren arbeitende Vorrichtung ist mit einem Förderer ausgestattet, um die Kanteln (10) zu transportieren. Dem Förderer ist mindestens eine Spritzpistole (13) zugeordnet, der eine Absaugvorrichtung (15) zugeordnet ist.
