Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1834660A1] The device has a hollow and elastic membrane (2) that is inserted into a nose hole of a user. A part (4) is inserted into a hollow space (5) of the elastic membrane, where the inserted part exhibits a passage (6) and an exhalation channel (7). The passage and the channel extend from an end (8) of the inserted part upto an oppositely-lying end (9) of the inserted part. The membrane is manufactured from a natural rubber inparticularly silicone rubber, and the inserted part is made of plastic. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a device for supplying breathing gas directly into nose of an user (2) a set for supplying breathing gas directly into nose of a user (3) a system for supplying breathing gas directly into nose of a user (4) a method for assembling a system for supplying breathing gas directly into nose of an user.
