Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1997572A2] The melting crucible comprises an overflow pipe, which is connected to the dosing chamber by a connection opening (9a) on a level below of the maximum level (MF) of the dosing chamber (2). The overflow pipe is also connected to a melt chamber (3) by an overflow opening (9d) on the maximum level of the dosing chamber and crucible container (1). An upper cover (8) is also provided, which has an open lower end in the melt chamber including downward extending inverting pipe (13), which surrounds an overflow area of the overflow pipe.
