Abstract (en)

The profile has metallic sections (1, 2) held at a distance from each other and connected with each other by an insulating bar (3). The insulating bar is attached to the sections with its longitudinal edges, which are located between the sections. A carrier strip (6) is provided at the insulating bar. A covering bar (7) is connected to a free edge by an elastically formed hinge (8) in a pivotable manner. The covering bar is pointed in a direction to the connection line. The covering bar, the connection line, the insulation bar and the sections form a hollow chamber. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a composite profile.

Das wärmegedämmte Verbundprofil ist für Fenster, Türen, Fassaden und dergleichen vorgesehn und von wenigstens zwei vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehenden Profilen (1,2) gebildet. Die Profile (1,2) sind über mindestens einen zwischen den Profilen (1,2) angeordneten und mit seinen als Anschlußleiste (4) ausgebildeten Längsrändern an den Profilen (1,2) angeschlossenen Dämmsteg (3) miteinander verbunden und im Abstand voneinander gehalten. Am Dämmsteg (3) ist wenigstens eine Trägerleiste (6) vorgesehen, an deren freiem Rand ein zur Anschlußleiste (4) weisender Abdecksteg (7) über ein elastisch ausgebildetes Scharnier (8) verschwenkbar angeschlossen ist.
