Abstract (en)
The device has interlockable cylindrical connecting elements (1, 2) including elastic tubular sleeves (10, 20) that are provided with ends fixed to the respective elements while enclosing the elements, in a sealed manner. Each sleeve possesses sufficient length for being extended, at rest in overhang, above corresponding end of the element. The ends have flattening units that are formed of spring blades (15), for flattening the sleeves and elastically maintaining corresponding levers (14) that are applied against one another.

Le dispositif de protection d'un connecteur comporte deux éléments de connecteur (1, 2) emboîtables, le dispositif comportant pour chaque élément de connecteur, un manchon tubulaire élastique (10, 20) ayant une extrémité configurée pour être fixée à un élément de connecteur en entourant celui-ci de façon étanche, et ayant une longueur suffisante pour s'étendre au repos en porte à faux au-delà d'une extrémité de l'élément de connecteur (1, 2) qui porte le manchon élastique, l'extrémité en porte à faux comprenant des ressorts à lames (15) pour aplatir le manchon et maintenir de façon élastique des lèvres (14) correspondantes appliquées l'une contre l'autre.
