[origin: EP1825762A1] The invention is directed to an animal feed comprising active compounds. According to the present invention the active compounds are strongly adhered to the feed by means of a fat coating and the animal feed has a low coating content. The coating of the present invention comprises a fat blend of at least two lipid components, wherein at least one of the lipid components comprises a hardening lipid, and wherein the lower limit of the crystallization range of said blend is above room temperature.
