Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2898824A1] The device has a manipulator robot comprising an articulated arm (20) equipped with a clamp (21) and cameras (22) e.g. webcam. A controller (23) e.g. personal computer, is associated to a display screen (25) and an input unit (24) e.g. mouse. The screen displays video image of an object (19) captured by the cameras. Controls permits the displacement of the clamp towards top, bottom, left and right, respectively. A graphical marking unit is controlled by the controls and marks a rectangular zone surrounding the object in the image using the input unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for implementing an intelligent interface device.
