Abstract (en)
The cab (1) has a body (3) defining an internal volume (3a), where the body has an upper opening (3b) for receiving a glazing of the cabin. A canopy (2) forms an assembly into a single piece fixed at the body to cover the upper opening and to close the internal volume. The canopy has a frame (10) with struts (11) defining openings between the struts. The glazing has a windscreen (4), a front side window (5) and rear side window (6) for respectively covering the defined openings. The frame has a skin made of composite material e.g. polyester.

Une cabine de ce type comprend un châssis (3) définissant un volume interne (20), le châssis (3) présentant au moins une ouverture supérieure (21) de réception des vitrages de ladite cabine, ladite cabine étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une verrière (2) formant un ensemble d'une seule pièce fixée au châssis (3) de sorte à recouvrir l'ouverture supérieure (21) et à fermer le volume interne (20), ladite verrière comprenant un cadre de support (10) pourvu de montants (11) définissant au moins deux ouvertures entre eux et au moins deux vitrages (4, 5, 6) recouvrant respectivement chaque ouverture.
