[origin: EP2000616A2] The arrangement has an outer frame comprising a ground anchor for bringing into a soft underground, retaining rod (7) connectable with the ground anchor, where the anchor is designed as an auger. A retaining clip (8) is provided for fastening a visual protection or wind protection wall to the clip, where the retaining clip forms a snatch retainer.
