[origin: WO2007104693A1] Systems and methods for locating an object which offer a simple and effective way to monitor the distance of a plurality of objects from a user, being capable of adapting in real time to changes in the position of the user to activate different parameters which correspond to a different set of rules related to the distance of objects from the user when the user moves toward a new position. These objects can therefore be traced using radio frequency identification technology (RFID). If the active parameter is violated by an object exceeding a maximum distance from the user, the violation is notified to the user.
