[origin: WO2007110553A1] The invention concerns a system for providing consistency between the pronunciation of a word by a user and a confirming pronunciation emitted by a voice server (1), said voice server comprising a voice recognition system (20) capable of recognizing the pronunciation of the word by the user and associating with it a textual tag, and a speech synthesis system (30) capable of emitting said confirming pronunciation based on said textual tag. According to the invention, said textual tag is a phonetic textual tag (21) constructed by concatenating phonemes of the pronunciation recognized by the voice recognition system (20). The invention is applicable to voice systems using variants of word pronunciation.
