[origin: EP2003250A2] The device (1) has scrapers (2, 3) and fastening units for fastening the device to a vehicle. The scrapers form air passages (6) for degrading air resistance and are limited by wipe-off bars (5) that extend in a longitudinal direction of the scrapers, where the bars are arranged at sides of the scrapers. The scrapers have sections (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b), where the sections (2a, 3a) fix a large angle with respect to a sectional point of its longitudinal axis than a longitudinal axis of the sections (2b, 3b) with respect to its sectional point.
