[origin: WO2007113036A1] The fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine comprises at least one high-pressure line (20) through which the fuel is guided to at least one injector (16). Said high-pressure line (20) comprises an opening (22) on the periphery thereof for connecting to the injector (16), which is in direct contact with an inlet bore (30) which extends into a housing (24) of the injector (16). A receiving element (26) is provided on the housing (24) of the injector (16), in which the high-pressure line is introduced in a transversal manner in relation to the longitudinal extension thereof and the high-pressure line (20) can be fixed by means of a clamping element (38) which is secured to the housing (24) of the injector (16) in the receiving element such that the crossing from the opening (22) of the high-pressure line to the mouth of the inlet bore (30) in the receiving element (26) is sealed.
