[origin: EP2006430A1] A device and a parting method of a faulty weft in a weaving loom are disclosed, wherein a plurality of tip heads (2) is used, arranged substantially crosswise to the fabric being woven on the loom and aligned to the weft yarns, said tip heads (2) being movable according to the longitudinal axis thereof and simultaneously movable crosswise to the longitudinal axis thereof, so as to wedge in between the last-but-one weft and a last faulty weft and detach the latter before removal of the same.
