Abstract (en)

The element has a connection element adjusting distance between a micropile (1) i.e. self-drilling screwed helical pile, and a mounting plate (12) that mounts a construction element i.e. floor beam (21). The pile has an axial threaded part i.e. stud, projected above an upper transversal plane. A sleeve (6) is mounted on the part. Assembling units assemble the plate with a tube (10) whose threading is complementary to a threading of the sleeve. The tube is screwed with respect to the sleeve to modify distance between the plate and the plane. Joints are placed between the plate and the beam.

Elément de fondation comprenant un pieu (1) et une platine (12) de montage d'éléments de construction tels que poutre (21), cet élément de fondation comprenant un élément de liaison entre le pieu (1) et la platine (12), cet élément de liaison permettant le réglage de la distance entre la platine (12) et le pieu (1), caractérisé en ce que le pieu (1) comprend une pièce filetée saillante au-delà d'un plan transversal supérieur, pièce filetée sur laquelle est monté un manchon (6) pourvu d'un filetage, des moyens permettant d'assembler la platine (12) à un tube (10) pourvu d'un filetage complémentaire au filetage du manchon (6), le vissage du tube (10) par rapport au manchon (6) permettant de modifier la distance entre la platine (12) et la plan transversal supérieur du pieu (1).
