[origin: EP2006543A1] The device has a fluid circulation circuit provided with a rigid cavity (1.2) that closes a flexible membrane (1.3). The membrane cooperates with a driving unit (2) that is driven in backward and forward directions by a driving motor (3) i.e. electrical motor. A conduit (5) connects the driving unit with a vacuum pump (4) that applies the membrane against a face of the driving unit to create a rigid connection between the driving unit and the membrane for exactly following back and forth movements imposed by the driving unit.
