Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2007113285A2] The invention discloses chemokine fusion proteins comprising at least one chemokine or chemokine variant and a polypeptide comprising one optionally modified portion of the constant region of an immunoglobulin molecule having the ability to bind to the corresponding chemokine receptor and to inhibit cell migration induced by the presence of native or wild type chemokines. These fusion proteins may be used to diagnose or treat diseases or conditions characterized by the presence or migration of immune or inflammatory cells. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising these fusion proteins are also disclosed.
