Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2008740A1] Die casting involves providing inserts with projections or thickness in their wall as open or closed hollow section parts. The inserts are fixed and positioned before die casting, and are positioned at its convexity or thickness. The projections or thickness (2) are fix at point shaped contact points in the die caste mold and fixed during closing the die cast mold between the half-molds, slidegate valves or slidegate valves. Pressure pipes are locked before casting and then casted in completely by the die casting material. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device, which comprises a die casting mold with two half-molds; and (2) a pressure die casting, which has hollow chambers, channels or structured sections.
