Abstract (en)
The breaking away device has a tipping plate (21) with a breaking away tray, a universal breaking away tool and a working plate. Multiple pins (25) are provided, and are plugged in holes (23) of plates. Height of the plates is adjusted separately relative to the breaking away tray. A latching mechanism is provided, for clamping the pins. The height of the plates is adjusted by activating and deactivating the latching mechanism. The pin indicates contour of the break away tray. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a good separating device for separating goods (2) a method for adjusting an all-purpose tool.

Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die Nachteile der aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Werkzeuge zu vermeiden und die Maschinenproduktivität durch Einsatz von Werkzeugen mit kurzen Rüstzeiten zu erhöhen. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch Vorrichtungen mit Universalwerkzeugen, insbesondere durch eine Automatisierung der Werkzeugerstellung. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ausbrechvorrichtung und eine Nutzentrennvorrichtung, insbesondere für eine Bogenstanz- und -prägemaschine, als auch ein Verfahren zum Einrichten einer solchen Vorrichtung.
