Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2009161A1] The apparatus has a memory for storing data required for production of a knitted product (100) on a knitting machine or frame. A display shows design images of the product and yarn movements. An input device changes the design images or the yarn movement. Combining devices combine groups of symbols of yarn movements and stitches of the images to knitting modules (2, 3). A bonding device properly bonds the modules when the modules are set into the representation of the images and movements. An interactive device is provided for influencing of the bonding of the modules by the input device.
