[origin: EP2009228A2] The closure has a packer pipe (2) with an inflatable body (3) and radial boreholes (6, 7) in the region of the body. A check valve (12) is arranged at an inlet side (11) and a shear plate (16) is arranged on an outlet side (15). The packer pipe includes an inner diameter (17) and an inner wall (18) that are formed with outer diameter and outer wall of a static mixer. The mixer is arranged between the check valve ad the shear plate. A barrier is provided at a distance to the plate and limits the movement of the mixer.
