Abstract (en)
The box has a collecting plate (26) provided with reception openings (28) for inserting heat exchange tubes (18) and fluid inlet/outlet openings (34, 36). A sleeve (40) is arranged in one of the openings. The sleeve has a retention unit e.g. flange (42), cooperating with the plate (26) for maintaining the sleeve, where the sleeve receives fluid inlet/outlet tubes. The plate is stamped at the level of the openings to form a housing (38) of shape similar to the flange, where the flange is housed in the housing.

L'invention propose une boîte collectrice d'échangeur de chaleur, comprenant une plaque collectrice (26) et un couvercle (52). La plaque collectrice est munie d'ouvertures de réception (28) pour l'insertion de tubes (18) d'échange de chaleur et d'au moins une ouverture d'entrée/sortie de fluide. La boite collectrice comporte en outre au moins un manchon (40) comportant un moyen de retenue (42), lequel manchon est disposé dans une des ouvertures d'entrée/sortie (34,36). Le moyen de retenue coopère avec la plaque collectrice pour le maintien du manchon, le manchon étant propre à recevoir une tubulure d'entrée/sortie de fluide.
