Abstract (en)

The transducer (1) has a substrate (2) i.e. polymer film, and two flat electrodes (3, 4) which are arranged laterally apart from each other. A central electrode is not electrically connected to the flat electrodes. The central electrode is provided on a side of an intermediate layer. The central electrode is arranged above the two electrodes so that the electrodes are contacted with an electrical connection (10). A thickness of the intermediate layer is from 20 micrometers to 10 millimeters. The transducer is manufactured by a screen-printing technique. An independent claim is also included for a method for production of an electrostatic thin-film sound transducer.

Beschrieben wird ein elektrostatischer Folienschallwandler, welcher mindestens zwei lateral beabstandet angeordnete flächige Elektroden sowie mindestens eine elektrisch nicht mit diesen flächigen Elektroden verbundene flächige und über den beiden lateral beabstandet angeordneten Elektroden angeordnete elektrisch leitfähige schallgebende Folie (7) umfasst. Darüber hinaus wird die Herstellung des elektrostatischen Folienschallwandlers und dessen Verwendung beschreiben.
