[origin: WO2007118689A2] The invention relates to tooth bleaching agent compositions and the use thereof for bleaching teeth. The inventive dental bleaching agent contains apatite, most preferably in the form of particles in the nanosize range, also most preferably as fluorapatite. The disclosed tooth bleaching agent can have a desensitizing effect as well as a positive remineralizing effect on the tooth surface.
