Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007120720A2] The invention provides methods, uses and compositions for the treatment of Crohn's disease. The invention describes methods and uses for treating Crohn's disease, wherein a TNFcc inhibitor, such as a human TNF oc antibody, or antigen-binding portion thereof, is used to induce and maintain remission of Crohn's disease in a subject. Also described are methods for determining the efficacy of a TNFa inhibitor for treatment of Crohn's disease in a subject.
