[origin: WO2007121699A1] The invention relates to a pressing device (2) which comprises two drum halves (6, 11). Said drum halves are supported by a screen bed. The drum halves each feature a plurality of screen bars (8) and can be coupled to each other by means of a plurality of connecting elements (12). In addition, the drum halves, which can be pivoted relative to one another, are mounted on the screen bed. At least several of the connecting elements are supported by at least one of the drum halves, while both drum halves are pivoted in relation to each other.
