[origin: EP2011563A1] The mixture dryer or reactor has an agitator with agitating shaft (11) and mixture element (13) mounted on the agitating shaft in its product chamber (48). The product chamber has a surface (2) and a conical cover (38) connected to the surface. A base (34) is provided, which is connected to the conical cover, and a raw material inlet and product outlet are also provided. A ratio between the smallest and largest diameter of the conical cover is 0.25-0.75 particularly between 0.4-0.6.
