Abstract (en)
The device i.e. earphone (10), has a hollow body (12) closing components e.g. electronic card, necessary for an operation of the device. A sound reproducing unit i.e. earphone (14), is connected to the body and introduced in an auricle of an ear of a user. The reproducing unit is articulated at an end (12a) of the body on a pivoting axis (YY') so as to pass from a rest position to a usage position. The reproducing unit is axially placed in extension of the body in the rest position, and is radially erected on the body so as to be introduced in the auricle of the ear in the usage position.

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif portable de communication téléphonique sans fil (10), tel qu'une oreillette, destiné à être disposé contre ou dans l'oreille d'un utilisateur et comportant : - un corps creux (12) s'étendant selon un axe d'allongement (XX') et renfermant des composants nécessaires au fonctionnement dudit dispositif, tels qu'une carte électronique, - un organe de reproduction sonore (14), lié au corps creux (12) et destiné à être introduit dans le pavillon de l'oreille de l'utilisateur, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de reproduction sonore (14) est articulé au niveau d'une extrémité (12a) du corps creux (12) sur un axe de pivotement (YY') de manière à pouvoir passer d'une position de repos dans laquelle l'organe de reproduction sonore (14) est disposé axialement dans le prolongement du corps creux (12) à une position d'utilisation dans laquelle l'organe de reproduction sonore (14) est dressé radialement sur le corps creux (12) afin de pouvoir être introduit dans le pavillon de l'oreille.
