[origin: WO2007124722A2] The invention allows cleaning of pipe conduit systems having a plurality of pipes such as they are used in e.g. heat exchangers, using pigs. According to the invention, a plurality of pipe conduits can be cleaned at the same time. One advantage is that the pipe conduits can be grouped by the device, thereby allowing a partial cleaning of some pipes of the system without interrupting the delivery process of the fluid. The device is characterized by separating, by means of a controller, the flow of the propulsion medium for the pigs from the fluid flow. The pigs used, when reaching the final destination, prevent the propulsion medium from exiting, thereby increasing the pressure on the remaining pipe conduits to be cleaned in parallel so that all the other pigs reach their destination.
