[origin: EP2014343A1] The ride has track sections (6-9) which are connected with each other forming a partial section of loop. A guide device (3) is configured such that the normal vectors in track sections are rotated from an orientation to the exterior or interior with reference to a loop at the entry into track sections (6,7). The guide device is also configured such that the normal vector of a vehicle (2) is not oriented upward, when passing through the drive pattern (1), so that the vehicle does not assume an overhead position at any location in the drive pattern.
