Abstract (en)

The device (1) has heating units e.g. infrared radiation generator (70), for heating an outer surface of a blanket cylinder (50) by radiation in a controlled manner, and temperature measuring units for measuring the temperature of ink found on the cylinder. Control units of the heating units are controlled by the temperature measurement units to regulate the temperature of the ink and flow of the ink during operation of the device without generating excessive waste of a strip to be printed (S) using the ink.

Dispositif d'imprimerie (1) à encrage court de type offset comprenant : - au moins un cylindre encrier gravé (10), - au moins un réservoir d'encre (20), et - au moins un cylindre blanchet (50), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens pour chauffer de manière contrôlée, par radiation, la surface extérieure du cylindre blanchet (50), des moyens de mesure de la température de l'encre se trouvant sur le cylindre blanchet (50) et des moyens de contrôle des moyens de chauffage, pilotés par les moyens de mesure de la température afin de régler la température de l'encre et de régler le débit d'encre pendant le fonctionnement du dispositif d'imprimerie (1) sans engendrer de gâche excessive du support à imprimer (S) et de l'encre.
