Abstract (en)
The closure has an external skirt comprising a proximal part (41) integrated to a base wall (3). A thread less interior surface (410) of the proximal part is provided with an interior hooking projection. A distal tamper resistance ring (42) is connected to the proximal part. A radially interior skirt (5) forms an elastically deformable sealing lip. The proximal part has an elastic lip (412) located between the projection and the ring. The elastic lip (412) radially projects towards interior and axially towards the ring. An independent claim is also included for a corking assembly comprising an unthreaded neck of container.

Un bouchon (1) à fixer par accrochage sur un col (2) de récipient, le bouchon (1) comporte: une paroi de fond (3), une jupe extérieure (4) en deux parties avec une partie proximale solidaire du fond et un anneau d'inviolabilité (42) relié à la partie proximale (41) de la jupe extérieure par des pontets sécables (44). la partie proximale (41) de la jupe comporte en outre une deuxième lèvre d'étanchéité (412) située entre la protubérance intérieure d'accrochage (411) et l'anneau d'inviolabilité (42), la deuxième lèvre (412) faisant saillie radialement vers l'intérieur et axialement vers l'anneau d'inviolabilité (42) et venant en appui contre la face tronconique (230) de la collerette de retenue.
