Abstract (en)

The method involves inputting data of product flow card (7) that is relative to the productive task of the client in the computer system (1). A flat-bed machine is contacted by the computer system, and the data of product flow card is transmitted to a control unit. A production batch belonging to the product flow card is weaved by flat-bed machine and the product flow card is printed on the flat-bed machine. The accomplishment of production batch is reported to the computer system by the control unit of the flat-bed machine and is displayed on the flat-bed machine.

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Warenlaufkarten (7) für auf Flachstrickmaschinen nach entsprechenden Produktionsaufträgen hergestellte Fertigungslose, das gekennzeichnet ist durch die Schritte: - Eingabe der einen Produktionsauftrag eines Kunden betreffenden Daten für eine Warenlaufkarte (7) in ein Rechnersystem (1); - Ansteuern einer Flachstrickmaschine durch das Rechnersystem (1) und Übermitteln der Daten der Warenlaufkarte (7) an die Steuereinheit der Flachstrickmaschine; - Stricken des zu der Warenlaufkarte (7) gehörigen Fertigungsloses durch die Flachstrickmaschine; - nach der Fertigstellung Ausdruck der Warenlaufkarte (7) an der Flachstrickmaschine.
