The stone wall (1) has stone exterior walls (2) and two vertically arranged cavities (3a, 3b) with the dimensions height (HH), width (AB) and length (LH). The cavities (3a, 3b) have an opening for an insulating material and have preformed cuttings (4a, 4b) which are arranged with the dimensions of the cavities with a friction fit provided. The exterior stone walls (2) contain adequate intake (5) in the cavities in the form of a half-cavity (3a, 3b).

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Mauerstein (1) mit Steinaußenwänden (2) und mindestens zwei vertikal angeordneten Hohlräumen (3a, 3b) mit den Dimensionen Höhe (H H ), Breite (B H ) und Länge (L H ), wobei die Hohlräume (3a, 3b), zumindest einseitig offen und mit einem Dämmmaterial versehen sind, wobei das Dämmmaterial als vorgeformte Stecklinge (4a, 4b) ausgebildet ist, welche im Wesentlichen die Dimensionen der Hohlräume (3a, 3b) aufweisen und nach Einfügen der Stecklinge (4a, 4b) in die Hohlräume (3a, 3b) ein Kraft- bzw. Reibschluss und/oder Formschluss besteht. Der erfindungsgemäße Mauerstein zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass zumindest eine der Steinaußenwände (2) eine für die Stecklinge (4a, 4b) geeignete Aufnahme (5) in Form eines halben Hohlraums (3a, 3b) aufweist.
