Abstract (en)
The valve has a rotary ring (8) arranged on an immovable fixed ring (7). A rotary valve (6) is equipped with control profiles (12) comprising profiled heads (12.1) and profiled ends (12.2) between which control slots (13) are formed. The profiled heads are arranged on the rotary ring, and the profiled ends are arranged on the fixed ring. Width of each control slot is equal to width of each control profile. Blades (14) are arranged between the profiled ends in the fixed ring, which divides each control slot of the fixed ring into two partial slots (13.1, 13.2).
Abstract (de)
Ein Drehschieber zur Steuerung des Dampfdurchsatzes bei einer Dampfturbine besteht aus einem unbeweglichen Festring (7) und einem konzentrisch auf diesem drehbeweglich angeordneten Drehring (8). Der Drehschieber (6) ist mit aus Profilköpfen (12.1) und Profilenden (12.2) bestehenden Steuerprofilen (12) versehen, zwischen denen Steuerschlitze (13) gebildet sind, wobei die Profilköpfe (12.1) auf dem Drehring (8) und die Profilenden (12.2) auf dem Festring (7) angeordnet sind und in der Berührungsebene von Drehring (8) und Festring (7) die Breite des Steuerschlitzes (13) gleich der Breite des Steuerprofils (12) ist. Zwischen den Profilenden (12.2) in dem Festring (7) sind Schaufeln (14) angeordnet, die jeden Steuerschlitz (13) des Festringes (7) in zwei Teilschlitze (13.1, 13.2) aufteilen.
