The ceramic burner plate has lithium oxide content between 0.63 and 7.6 weight percent. The burner plate has oxide from the group consisting aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, potassium oxide, sodium oxide, manganese oxide, chromium oxide, phosphorus pentoxide or zirconium dioxide as another components.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine keramische Brennerplatte für Infrarotstrahler, welche als Hauptbestandteil ein Lithiumsilikat aufweist. Die erfindungsgemäßen Brennerplatten können einen Lithiumoxid-Gehalt im Bereich von 0,63 Gew.-% bis 7,6 Gew.-% aufweisen und zeigen eine hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit und Langlebigkeit.
