Abstract (en)
A handle assembly (6) of a door (5) of an electric household appliance (1), in particular of a dishwasher, includes a base panel (7), made of plastic material and fittable to the appliance door (5); a handle (8) hinged to the panel (7); a handle-lift (9), carried by the panel (7) and connected to the handle (8); and a pair of elastic return members (10) carried by the panel (7) and cooperating with the handle (8). The handle-lift (9) and the elastic return members (10) are integrally formed with the base panel (7) to define a monolithic body (17), and are connected to the panel (7) by respective connecting portions (26, 36) which are so shaped as to be elastic and to define respective plastic springs (27, 37); in particular, the connecting portions (26, 36) project from a surface (14) of the panel (7) and are substantially S-shaped.
