Abstract (en)
The stapler has stable heads (02, 03) driviable to a periodic motion in which a progression of the heads to staple a product coincides with a movable plate (12). The heads are supported by a staple cylinder (01) rotatably driven by a position-controlled servomotor (11), and the plate is mounted on another rotatable cylinder (13) e.g. folding blade cylinder. A control device (16) modulates a orbit speed value of the heads with a modulation frequency such that an orbit speed of the heads and the plate corresponds to each other while stapling and temporarily does not correspond while unstapling.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Heftapparat mit einem mit Heftdraht (04) beschickbaren Heftkopf (02; 03), wobei der Heftkopf (02; 03) zu einer periodischen Bewegung antreibbar ist, in deren Verlauf der Heftkopf (02; 03) zum Heften von Produkten mit einer Schließplatte (12) zusammentrifft, wobei eine Steuereinrichtung (16) zum Modulieren des Bahngeschwindigkeitsbetrags des Heftkopfs (02; 03) mit einer Modulationsfrequenz angeordnet ist, wobei der Heftkopf (02; 03) von einem durch einen lagegeregelten Motor (11) drehangetriebenen Heftzylinder (01) getragen ist, wobei die Schließplatte (12) auf einem zweiten drehbaren Zylinder (13) montiert ist, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (16) den Bahngeschwindigkeitsbetrag des Heftkopfs (02; 03) so moduliert, dass während des Heftens die Bahngeschwindigkeiten des Heftkopfs (02; 03) und der Schließplatte (12) übereinstimmen und außerhalb des Heftens wenigstens zeitweilig nicht übereinstimmen.
