Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2017211A1] The device has a reel with a shaft (2) constituted of arms (2A, 2B) that are connected to a drum of the reel, free in rotation along its longitudinal axis and linked by a metallic prehension cross member (2C). A reel support (3) has square/rectangular shaped lateral walls (3A, 3B) having shaft maintenance and blocking arrangement, which assures blocking of the cross member on the walls such that the cross member constitutes an additional cross member connected to each of its walls at proximity of corner of the walls, where the arrangement includes a fastening tongue (L) and parallel grooves.
